We understand that getting your pet's favourite food quickly and reliably is important, that's why we've partnered with DPD for fast, efficient, delivery across the UK.

We operate from a small Distribution Centre and the team aim to have orders processed and shipped within 2/3 working days and for most UK addresses it is next day delivery.   Therefore, the timescale between placing your order and receiving your delivery may be 4/5 working days. (Working days refer to Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm).  

Once your order has shipped DPD will email/text your delivery date/time.  You can manage your DPD deliveries via the DPD app.  DPD App on Apple  DPD App on Google Play
